Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Revrep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Revrep is a SaaS platform providing AI-powered email sequencing, lead verification, and sales automation tools for businesses.

2. Description of Service

Revrep provides automated email outreach and lead management services, including:

  • AI-powered email sequencing and personalization
  • Lead verification and email validation
  • Domain and inbox management
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Integration with third-party email providers

3. Account Requirements

To use Revrep, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

Revrep offers the following subscription plans:

  • Basic: $249/month - 1 RevRep profile, 5,000 emails per month
  • Pro: $899/month - 5 RevRep profiles, 25,000 emails per month
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing - Unlimited profiles and custom email limits

All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Email credits do not roll over to the next billing period. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price changes.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Revrep for any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Sending spam, unsolicited emails, or violating CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable laws
  • Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data without authorization
  • Using the Service for illegal activities or to harm others
  • Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Revrep. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Revrep and its licensors own all rights to the platform, including its software, features, and branding. Generated emails and reports are provided for your business use in accordance with your subscription.

8. Email Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your email campaigns comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CASL, and other anti-spam regulations. You must maintain proper opt-out mechanisms and honor unsubscribe requests promptly. Revrep reserves the right to suspend accounts that receive excessive spam complaints or violate email compliance standards.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR AI-GENERATED CONTENT ERRORS OR INACCURACIES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVREP AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules. For billing disputes, you must provide written notice within 30 days of the charge. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Revrep.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
